Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Contact our current Policy Holders by phone, text or email for a variety of reasons.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A natural Salesperson!
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Must be available to work the following schedule: 7-8 hours per day and 3 days per week (NOT remote)
Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
